REFUNDS & RETURNS
I try to the best of my ability to fully disclose all conditions of my items.If there is a legitimate problem with the item that was not disclosed, we will accept returns & issue a refund through Paypal after receiving the item.Refund will be for item only,shipping cost that i pay out is non refundable.
There is no refunds for the wooden box telephones for parts as it is understood that these are not working and for parts only.
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item if you require a refund.
